The Virtual Urgent Care service provided by Mass General Brigham Health Plan offers an accessible option for members needing care for minor health issues. This service, known as On Demand, allows patients aged 2 and older to connect with healthcare providers via secure video consultations accessible through both web and mobile platforms, available any time across the United States.

Healthcare providers are equipped to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, including but not limited to:

• Upper respiratory infections, flu, cough, and cold
• Sinus symptoms
• Sore throat
• Ear ache
• Eye irritation/conjunctivitis
• Allergies
• Rashes
• Other minor injuries and illnesses

It is important to note that On Demand is not designed for medical emergencies; in such cases, immediate assistance should be sought by calling 911.

To initiate the process, members can download the MGB Health Plan On Demand app or visit the member portal at member.mgbhealthplan.org. A first-time visit requires account creation using your Member ID, with a focus on ensuring a quick and secure registration experience.
